The Mindful & Co Happy Hearts Board game develops a growth mindset and bring joy to playtime. This beautifully illustrated game is full of science-backed mindfulness techniques like gratitude and body awareness, yoga and breathing.
To play, simply role the die and move your token around the board. The square you land on determines what action (if any) you need to do on your turn. There are yoga poses, happy cards (follow instructions), funny faces, belly breathe, monkey brain (follow instructions), sleepy sloth (rest) and jumping joey (jump forward).
