Option 1: Self Managed

Option A. Choose your products and pay as usual. We will provide you with a NDIS approved receipt of purchase so you can be reimbursed.

Option B. Choose your products. Select the 'Self Managed' option at cart. Proceed through to the 'NDIS Payment Gateway'. We will send you an invoice so that you can then seek reimbursement from the NDIS. Once Starfish has received payment (by invoice or over the phone), we will fulfill order.

Option 2: Agency Managed

Choose your products. Select the 'Agency Managed' option at cart. Proceed through to the 'NDIS Payment Gateway'. Your service agreement can be approved at our checkout so you can take your products home.

Option 3: Plan Managed

Choose your products. Select the 'Plan Managed' option at cart. Proceed through to the 'NDIS Payment Gateway'. We’ll send your plan manager an invoice. Once payment has been received, we will fulfill order. Alternatively, pay upfront and take the receipt to your plan manager for reimbursement.

WHAT IS THE NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the Australian Governement initiative set up to fund costs associated with disability. It is designed to help people get the support they need so their skills and independence can improve over time.
AM I ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible for NDIS funding you must:

Be aged between 7 - 65 years old.

Live in Australia and have Australian residency.

Need support (due to permanent significant disability) and/or use special equipment because of your disability and/or need supports to reduce your future needs.

HOW DO I APPLY?
To apply, you will need to complete an Access Request form. It is relatively straight forward, with supports available if you need assistance completing the form. Follow the link to the NDIS website for more information.
