Each Plush Pal is a therapeutic tool perfect for those who benefit from deep pressure touch and oral input. Backed by evidence-based research, Charlie & Ollie can help with reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality.
Provide comfort, stay warm on cold nights, soothe muscles, joints and tension by heating in microwave 30 to 60seconds (depending on microwave). In reverse, provide comfort on hot nights, soothe bumps and bruises by placing on a clean surface or in a bag in the freezer or refrigerator for up to several hours to cool desired temperature.
Mindful and Co also have a stunning picture book to share with your child, that promotes mindfulness. It features Alexis and Charlie, her dog. The book is sold separately.
