The Everyday Resilience Journal provides young people with all the skills necessary to grow and develop into empowered young adults, with all the tools they need to deal with any situation life throws at them.
The chapters are broken down into theme, such as Handling Friendship Stuff, Understanding Stressful Feelings and Conquering School Work. The pages are filled with all sorts of fun activities to help cement the concepts outlined in the chapters and practice the new skills.
The Everyday Resilience Journal is written by Michelle Mitchell, an Australian Author, Educator and Speaker, her books are a culmination of over 25 years of experience in schools teaching sexual health.
Working with advice from medical experts, she has developed a series of books to help empower tweens as they navigate growing up. Her books are fun and engaging and children won't shy away from them.
We also stock A Guy’s Guide to Puberty” and “A Girl's guide to Puberty” by Michelle Mitchell.
