The Mindful & Co Dream Aromatherapy Room Spray is a combination of essential oils to lightly spray on your pillow or bedroom to help calm and reset the mind for rest and sleep.
Babies, children and teenagers need the restorative power of sleep to reset their minds, aid physical healing and help the creative brain to process and develop.
Scent can be a powerful addition to the rest/bedtime routine and induce a natural sleep. Children quickly learn to associate the soothing notes of the Mindful & Co Dream Aromatherapy Room Spray with winding down time. Gentle notes of witch hazel, vetiver, lavender and roman camomile infuse the air.
To use: spray 2 - 3 spritzes around the bedroom before bedtime. If using on the pillow, we recommend testing the spray on a small piece of the inside of the pillowcase fabric first.
