The variety of motion will really test your skills and challenge the vestibular system. It can bounce in multiple planes - up, down, twist, turn, sideways, forwards, backwards etc and at times quite unpredictable.
Feel confident while on the sturdy plastic base, with two soft and thick foam pads that protect your hands. There are two carabiners for a secure bounce. The bungee gives even more springy bounce.
Standing on the base requires an ability to hold on, and adjust for movements that can be in any direction. It can bounce in multiple planes - up, down, twist, turn, sideways, forwards, backwards etc and at times quite unpredictably. It will definitely challenge the vestibular system.
It recruits the core and upper body while holding on and even when getting on (if standing). It gives deep pressure and heavy work to the legs (if standing) to give more bounce and when trying to control and guide the swing. It will provide proprioceptive input as a result.
The Vuly Bounce Swing gives a physical and sensory work out. Some might find getting into the standing position difficult. Sitting on the base, like a pommel swing, is a good alternative.
