The Weighted Lap Cat has an insert of 2kg that is double stitched in strong cotton. This insert is filled with glass beads, which is how the weight fits in such a compact design. The insert is easily removed for easy cleaning.
The removable weighted inner, means keeping your weighted sensory lap pad clean and hygienic. Simply take the inner out, and pop the cover in the washing machine. There are no buttons (for safety) or velcro fastening (to reduce any problematic noise).
A wonderful addition to our range of weighted plush toys, these weighted lap cats are ideal for those who benefit from the compression of weighted products, such as those who suffer from hyperactivity, Sensory Processing Disorder and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
They are also suitable for older children, teenagers and young adults.

- surface clean with a damp sponge
- gentle cold wash cover in washing machine

- using while walking or moving around
- carrying in a way that places undue stress on seams
- dropping or rough handling
