The Constructive Eating Cutlery teaches children how to hold and use meal time utensils in the correct way.
When used in conjunction with the matching Constructive Eating Plate (sold separately), this meal time set helps facilitate children in an easier transition when moving to a ‘real’ knife and fork as they get older.
Each construction set contains a Fork Lift Fork, Front Loader Spoon, and Bull Dozer Pusher. The Dinosaurs set features a fork as a Stegosaurus, a spoon as an Ankylosaurus and a Triceratops pusher instead of a knife. And, the Garden Fairy set features a fork rake, a shovelling spoon and a hoe as a 'pusher'.
The available matching plate has designated storage areas for your themed eating utensil, along with ramps and grooves that guide cutlery movements to ensure food ends up on your fork or spoon correctly. A great help for children with poor fine motor skills.
If you’ve taken to wearing a hard hat in your dining room, the meal time set combines practicality and fun!
The cutlery is dishwasher and microwave safe and made with FDA approved materials. BPA, Phthalate, PVC, lead and paint free.
