The Weighted Compression Vest is a comfortable, neoprene garment designed to provide calming sensory input through a combination of gentle compression and weight. This vest offers support for children, teenagers, and smaller adults, helping with self-regulation, focus, and emotional balance. It is especially beneficial for individuals with ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), or Autism by delivering deep pressure that stimulates the proprioceptive system—like a soothing, all-day hug.
Available in multiple sizes, this vest offers a discreet design in navy blue, making it easy to wear at school, home, or in community settings without drawing attention. With its high-quality materials and thoughtful design, the vest is both durable and adjustable, ensuring a secure fit for a variety of body shapes. Removable weight packs are included, allowing for customisable pressure to suit individual sensory needs.
Sizing options range from small to extra-large, covering age groups from toddlers to older teens. To ensure the perfect fit, measure the child’s torso circumference and length from shoulder to waist, and consider sizing up if they are between sizes. Each vest includes sealed weight packs in a range of 180g to 350g, giving users the flexibility to adjust sensory input as needed.

Sizing guide:
Small: 30 - 36cm wide across the front 36 - 39cm long and 20cm underarm length.
Weights: 6 x 180g (approx)
Recommended age range: 4yrs+
Medium: 36 - 43cm wide across the front 41 - 45cm long and 22cm underarm length.
Weights: 6 x 250g (approx)
Recommended age range: 6yrs - 10yrs
Large: 40 - 47cm wide across the front 46 - 50cm long and 24cm underarm length.
Weights: 4 x 250g + 2 x 350g (approx)
Recommended age range: 10yrs+
Extra Large: 45 - 51cm wide across the front 54 - 57cm long and 30cm underarm length.
Weights: 6 x 350g (approx)
Recommended Age range: teen + (n.b this vest will not fit larger adults)
We recommend that you measure your child to ensure purchasing the correct size. The length is measured by taking the measurement from the top of the shoulder to the waist. If your child is between two sizes, we recommend you size up.

Weighted items should not be used in a manner than could lead to suffocation or restrict movement.
Fabric should be kept away from naked flame, cigarettes and not placed near heaters or radiators.
The vest should be checked every time before use to ensure integrity.
PLEASE NOTE: weighted items are a therapeutic tool and should be used under guidance from a suitably qualified therapist. Weighted items should not exceed more than 10% of a child's body weight or 15% of an adults body weight.

Great for my 5 year old who needs to work on his fine motor skills and being creative. The tap tap set is also loved by my eldest, 13 years old who loves a therapeutic activity before bed. He loves to tap tap away.
Since putting this on my son’s bed it has made a huge difference. We have also found if he is getting overwhelmed he is now retreating to his bed. He says “it feels like a big hug”. We opted for the double as we have a very thick (60cm) king single mattress.
This swing is the absolute bees knees of sensory seeking/ risky play/ calm down activity. It is used multiple times a day by both my kiddos, and is incredibly durable. I cannot recommend it enough!!
This is absolutely perfect for my five year old. It is considerably easier and faster to brush his teeth, and it enables him to brush his own teeth more often, and with better results. This fosters his independence, while aiding his fine motor deficit. I would highly recommend it.
I purchased this after my 3 year old began chewing his comforter during moments of heightened emotion. He took to the bright colour and fun shape immediately and seemed to find the chew helpful.
