The added weight provides gentle input to the proprioceptive sensory system in the muscles and joints of the hand. This feedback helps improve handwriting control and legibility, while also promoting hand strength and fine-motor development.
Weighing approximately 70g with the lid attached (and 50g without), the pen’s weight can be easily adjusted to suit personal comfort and writing needs.

Great for my 5 year old who needs to work on his fine motor skills and being creative. The tap tap set is also loved by my eldest, 13 years old who loves a therapeutic activity before bed. He loves to tap tap away.
Since putting this on my son’s bed it has made a huge difference. We have also found if he is getting overwhelmed he is now retreating to his bed. He says “it feels like a big hug”. We opted for the double as we have a very thick (60cm) king single mattress.
This swing is the absolute bees knees of sensory seeking/ risky play/ calm down activity. It is used multiple times a day by both my kiddos, and is incredibly durable. I cannot recommend it enough!!
This is absolutely perfect for my five year old. It is considerably easier and faster to brush his teeth, and it enables him to brush his own teeth more often, and with better results. This fosters his independence, while aiding his fine motor deficit. I would highly recommend it.
