Make it and shake it, then be mesmerised as the glitter, beads and other little objects sparkle and fall to the bottom. Then, simply flip it or shake it to start the process again!
Refill, and create your new and improved sensory calm down bottle. Add to your sensory kit bag to help with calming and self-regulation, to assist with focus or to aid with breathing exercises.
