Build a Sentence is a hands-on resource that introduces and strengthens sentence structure for speech, language and literacy development. Build a Sentence helps children understand how words fit together to form meaningful sentences, supporting both spoken language and written expression.
Each level is carefully graded to increase in complexity, allowing learners to build skills step by step.
Level 1 focuses on subject and predicate matching. It includes 30 subject cards and 30 predicate cards to create simple sentences.
Level 2 introduces nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs. It includes 240 colour-coded cards, with green for nouns, blue for verbs, yellow for adjectives and red for adverbs.
Level 3 expands to include nouns, pronouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, articles, prepositions, conjunctions and punctuation. It includes 360 double-sided word cards, colour-coded for easy identification, with green for nouns, blue for verbs, yellow for adjectives, red for adverbs, purple for conjunctions and white for punctuation.
Children can create standard sentences or experiment with “silly” sentence combinations, making learning engaging and flexible. The endless possible combinations encourage creativity while reinforcing grammar, sentence structure and language development.
The thick, durable cards are designed for repeated use and are suitable for individual learning or small group work. Build a Sentence is ideal for therapy settings, classroom use or learning at home.

Great for my 5 year old who needs to work on his fine motor skills and being creative. The tap tap set is also loved by my eldest, 13 years old who loves a therapeutic activity before bed. He loves to tap tap away.
Since putting this on my son’s bed it has made a huge difference. We have also found if he is getting overwhelmed he is now retreating to his bed. He says “it feels like a big hug”. We opted for the double as we have a very thick (60cm) king single mattress.
This swing is the absolute bees knees of sensory seeking/ risky play/ calm down activity. It is used multiple times a day by both my kiddos, and is incredibly durable. I cannot recommend it enough!!
This is absolutely perfect for my five year old. It is considerably easier and faster to brush his teeth, and it enables him to brush his own teeth more often, and with better results. This fosters his independence, while aiding his fine motor deficit. I would highly recommend it.
