The Kaiko Pick 'em Starter Set is specifically designed to support skin or nail picking, pulling hair, trichotillomania, anxiety, regulation and calming. There are multiple options to ensure the ultimate therapeutic tool!
Featured in this Pick 'em Starter set:
Silicone picking pad - flexible silicone with different texture on either side, sharp or soft.
Thread pick 'em disc - designed to mimic pulling out hair. Two different threads. Polyester and nylon give differing types of "feel".
Natural stone pick 'em disc - polished natural stones that can be squeezed or popped out with fingernails or use the tweezers to extract.
2 styles of tweezers - pointy tip & pointed slanted tip purposelfully designed to use with either of the pick 'em pads.
Once you get started, it can be hard to stop. A satisfying process that involves digging, resistance, varied sensory input that encourages focus and mindfulness.
