The Melissa & Doug Scissor Skills Activity Pad contains 20 beautiful full colour cutting activities to help build your child's scissor skills. This book has removable pages that progress through from easier activities to more difficult.
For the young ones just starting out, we suggest starting from the front. To start, simply remove the page before cutting. Then cut along the dotted lines provided - how fun is that! We love that there are a pair of plastic safety scissors is included. These safety scissors are smaller and have plastic blades.
The Scissor Skills Activity Pad has a range of cutting activities to help children learn to use scissors, from super fun games to using their imaginations to create beautiful big pictures. The instructions on the reverse of the pad also include suggestions for supporting children as they learn.
